Health Practitioners Benefits

• Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Chiropodist/Podiatrist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist/ or Social Worker, Licensed Speech Therapist Naturopath, Physiotherapist, Registered Massage Therapist:
  
  $40 per visit to a maximum of $400.00 per calendar year for each practitioner, includes X-Ray

Health Practitioner Benefits

Coverage includes x-ray charges, up to the units specified above for a properly accredited Chiropractor, Osteopath, Chiropodist/Podiatrist, Naturopath, licensed Clinical Psychologist, Registered Massage Therapist and Speech Therapist, acting within the scope of their licences. A Physician must prescribe the services of Massage Therapists as to duration and type of treatment required. No amount will be paid for any Health Practitioner services until any applicable Provincial Health Plan benefit is exhausted.

Physiotherapy

Include charges up to the limits specified above by a physiotherapist, other than a member of your family, who is registered and legally practising within the scope of his license. No amounts will be payable for any visits for which any amount is payable under the Insured Person’s Provincial Health Plan, unless permitted by law.
