This online platform provides eligible Members and their Dependents with 24/7, personalized medical support wherever you are in Canada. You can connect instantly with Canadian healthcare providers via secure text and video chat for your primary health questions and concerns.

How to use vCare

To begin your registration process, you will need to visit www.vcareregistration.com. You will be required to enter the following information: Email, province of residence, policy number, certificate number, and create a password.

As a first-time user of vCare, you will have to register your account. In this step, you will need your Benefit Card. In this registration process, you will be asked to provide your Policy Number which consists of the first six digits on your Benefit Card, and your Certificate Number which consists of the second set of ten digits on your Benefit Card.

After registration, you will be prompted to download the app from Google Play or the iOS store. Search for the Telus Health Virtual Care App and proceed to download. After downloading, all you need to do is enter your email address and password you created during the registration process to access vCare.
